First official release version! :D

v0.1.0 - Added Sapling Scanner's crafting recipe, cleaned up code and tweaked the scanner's textures a bit.

I already explained the sapling scanner on v0.0.9's changelog, but I'll give it a brief overview here.

The sapling scanner when right clicking a sapling, will display the sapling's temperature range, similar to the thermometer, you can change the mode in which the temperatures are displayed by shift+right clicking somewhere else from a sapling.

If you shift+right click while looking at a sapling, it will tell you if it can grow on that place or what fate it will have.

Added the sapling scanner!, which gives you info about the targeted sapling.
