作者原话：Hypermending enchanted books are crafted in an anvil with a Nether Star and a Book & Quill. Similar to normal Vanilla Mending, Hypermending repairs your tool - however, it does so rapidly (constantly in fact) and at no recurring cost - hence the upfront cost. Can be applied to any generic tool or armor. XP costs for the recipes are configurable.
