This release tweaks VFP to work with the latest changes to CarrotsLib that reintegrate advanced survival mods such as Survive and Tough As Nails. CHG: Consuming a reheated fortified food/drink when Tough As Nails mod is present now adds a fire-resistance buff instead of TAN's old heat-resistance effect. This is a little weird, but it's how TAN expects to be notified of heat resistance now.
ENH: You can now use warm bottled water and Rose Tea. More importantly, both can be used to neutralize an ongoing cooling food or warming food effect which is sometimes needed. To remove a cooling food effect, drink warm water or rose tea; to remove a warming food effect, drink chilled water or rose tea. Rose Tea and water are the only drinks that have this side-effect. (Note for Tough As Nails temperature management: this is an important mitigation if moving quickly between extreme biomes.)

For example you must eat raw guardian meat -and- a cooked guardian steak; not either as before.
ENH: Eating raw Guardian Meat has a 90% chance of giving you the "Guardian's Grace" effect which blocks slowness and mining fatigue (and similar effects) while in water for 90secs. Note you can still be poisoned from eating this raw meat!
ENH: Bat Sonar can now be used to trigger a "Bat Sighted" effect which blocks blindness and shows entities within 64-70 block radius. Use as you would use a guardian air sac (2 uses per sonar). Brewing utility remains same. [still WIP]

ATTENSION!
As of Minecraft 1.14, Vanilla Food Pantry requires the Carrots library to function. I know; this sucks. I delayed this for as long as possible but the 1.14 migration/forge-rewrite kicked the ball over the line. The amount of duplicated code across my mods was just too much, so we are here now.
KNOWN BETA ISSUES (all hopefully fixable for later betas)
Some brewing recipes (container converters) might be broken [Forge #5814]
Loot table alteration is broken (this includes entity loot tables) [Forge #5945] Working on rewiring my brain to fix this w/ pools and code.
Custom block harvest drops are broken (like custom drops from leaves) [Forge #5828]
Some custom recipes not yet ported (you'll know when you find one...)
Configs and tag files are a WIP with lots of crazy items showing in JEI and creative mode that would normally be hidden
No fluids support pending Forge rewrite of fluid system [Forge #5848]
No extra JEI integration and/or information yet (though most obvious things have standard recipes...)
Missing intermod compatibility especially: AppleCore/SoL, Tough As Nails, Nutrition, Culinary Construct, etc. (handled as more mods migrate)
Advancements not yet ported (ignore the spam if present)
ZERO testing on dedicated servers (report issues on github!)
KNOWN ISSUES (NOT getting fixed)
Automatic inter-mod integration for old oredict names. Due to the switch to data pack housed tag files, this magic is basically a no-go for 1.14. I feel (more) sorry for modpack makers...
CHANGELOGS
BRK: Flattening has occured in preparation for 1.14 which means new and incompatible item and block ids for almost every thing in the mod. Making a new world is kinda REQUIRED.
BRK: Rewrite of configuration for new Forge format, removal of ore-dict related options, and to introduce a few new aggregate controls: strict vanilla progression, insta-eating, no bulk items (bags, cartons, etc.)
BRK: Bulk pantry items moved to another mod to make way for more useful integration with wandering trader, etc. Indeed, I have a cunning plan!
CHG: Batter recipe for nuggets will produce a single 'batched' output that when smelted gives 4-6 individual cooked nuggets; this saves 3-5 smelt cycles and fuel per recipe
CHG: Old muffin recipe tweaked a little; textures too to accomodate new cheeseless flavors (see below)
CHG: More soakable foods as it's a permanent feature now: added snocones and roasted sunflower seeds
CHG: Teas can be heated -or- cooled to relieve temperature when Tough As Nails present. Milky variants give slightly better warming protection as well as their usual milk-curative effects.
CHG: Generic deckers now accept a pile of cleaned mushroom as a primary and fried veggie nuggets or fried mushroom nuggets as filler ingredients
CHG: Recipe for moonshine mixing funnel no longer consumes the bit measure
CHG: Red flint finally looks red/cherty. Yea that was a long weird leftover from 1.8...
CHG: Tweaked butchering axe so it's a bit more costly to obtain and maintain. Now requires red flint to craft.
CHG: In creative mode, VFP items are in single VFP tab again
CHG: The craft recipe for red flint removed (and yesss, this is part of the conspiracy to have gravel displace clay as THE MOST important material in Minecraft!)
FIX: Universal bucket recipe ingredient factory will check the amount of fluid present to ensure it's at least 1 bucketful (1000mB). Fixes issues with 'leaky' buckets and partially filled tanks being used as full buckets.
FIX: Eating raw (mod) meats could give poison II instead of just poison effect
FIX: Xp from smelting battered and jerky nuggets was too high
FIX: (Integration) Culinary Construct's sandwich maker for multi-use foods now provides correct nutrition
NEW: Added plain pork and mutton nuggets for individual eating or to make meals with furnace fries
NEW: Added Apple and Ugli muffins that don't require cheese or milk
NEW: Allium aka Onion bread
NEW: Spruce needle tea (seriously this is a real thing)

This version makes a few recipe changes that can impact existing CraftTweaker scripts and automation setups so you need to re-verify your changes after installing.
FIX: Harmful foods like raw bear meat weren't giving the poison effect when eaten or when potion brewing was disabled
FIX: Moonshine Tonic potion effects weren't clearable with a milk bucket by default (only applies to potions where milk is curative)
ENH: INITIAL support for universal buckets (water, lava, milk) in recipes; let us rejoice with our clay buckets! Slow down...not all recipes are updated yet (only JSON-based ones)...working on it!
FIX: Loot chest enrichment now checks if any mob drops or the specific mob drop allowed before putting drop into loot table (eg polar crystal into igloo chest)

NEW: Support for ToughAsNails or similar mod that have requirements for water treatment. Controlled by new 'treat_raw_water' config; if enabled, a couple base recipes are changed to require a "water treating ingredient" like boiling (bit o' heat) or filtering (TAN's charcoal filter). All consumable liquids like juices, teas, even soups can quench some thirst
A bucket of Potable water can reduce body temperature and provide some heat resistance for a short time
Stews and soups can be (re)heated to give additional saturation (general feature) and increase body temperature (food remains heated for 6-8mins after adding bit o' heat then you have a reheat it again)
Sno-cones will reduce body temperature a teeny little bit
Juices and Fizzy drinks can be chilled to reduce body temperature and relieve over heating

FIX: Mod ore generation was triggering another OreGenEvent.Post event which it should not do (game crash).
FIX: IRecipe 'canFit' wrong result for some recipes
FIX: Items with zero (0) food value no longer edible (bit o' water, bit o' butter, etc.)
FIX: Typos 'Essence' not 'Essense'
FIX: Bit o' Veg now gives back the bowl when eaten
FIX: Potion water bottles were still allowed for a portion of water even when config disables this
FIX: Potion of undying now keeps some of the underlying good juju potion's effect.
FIX: Bravestomach challenge updated to include tasks for eating pufferfish, raw mutton-or-beef-or-rabbit, and raw pig hocks (as an alternative to raw porkchop or raw pigtail). Also updated with new guardian meat drops as another task (yes, it's now even harder to complete).
ENH: Custom squid and pig drops occur even for automated grinders or harvesters (note: most other drops still require real player kills).
ENH: Various tweaks to storage recipes for paper bags and cartons: you now get back your empty paper bag when you uncraft a filled bag (like you do for cartons), you don't need a special carton of empty jars for ink and luminesce cartons (use a regular empty carton), and breaking a filled carton drops an empty carton in addition to the contents.
ENH: Bowl-using recipes (stews, soups, etc.) now use 'bowlWood' oredict entry instead of minecraft bowl explicitly.
NEW: Added Seed Drying Paper to extract seeds from vanilla items like wheat and melon slices and to uniquify our RealWorld seed drying recipes. Useful when other mods have altered standard drops from breaking grass causing automated seed farms to break. Disable with matching 'seed_drying' config option.
NEW: Colorful feathers. You can craft these within VFP from standard chicken feathers and different dyes. Use colorful feathers as the special feather ingredient in the Phoenix Feather recipe. No more need for an additional mod like Animania or PinklySheep.
NEW: Zombie villagers now rarely drop a "Tainted Villager's Soul" item that you can combine with Felis Life Essence to re-animate a new villager (creates a spawn egg if option enabled). Dropped only for real player kills. You can disable all spawn egg crafting from feline life essence using the new 'spawnegg_crafting' config option.
NEW: Guardian meat, tail fins, and air sac drops for fish sausages, cyclops burgers, and an overworld way to create shulker boxes. The feature modifies the entity's generic loot pool, so you will get the new drops for guardian farms and mob-grinders as well. (If you have a guardian farm you may need to update your item filters.)
NEW: Completing the bravestomach challenge gives you the 'Iron Stomach' trophy reward.
NEW: Raftugli Fruit drops from standard jungle trees. Use as a source of citrus flavor (think 'lemony') for some old and many new recipes. Drop rates are comparable to saplings (i.e. not large volumes; so be patient).
NEW: Molasses glazed carrots; use as standalone dish or as an ingredient to various sandwiches. Wabbits luv carrots!
NEW: A recyclable 'bowl of water' for use instead of a bottle of water in batter and sticky paste recipes. No more wasting of glass!

ENH: Using a named Decker Press to create a custom or king-me decker will give the output sandwich the name of the press (useful on servers with shops and trading).
NEW: If you use the FarmingForBlockheads mod, you can purchase Rock Salt, Natron, and Enzyme Extractor Agent from the "other" category. Useful for new users with old worlds where you can't easily generate new terrain with the VFP ores.

Big Changes
ENH: You can convert any 'dustSalt' into small portions of salt. This will help folks with other sources of edible salt besides Harvestcraft.
CHG: Changed recipe for gelatin blocks to use 4 gelatin balls.
NEW: Introduced multi-use for hefty food items and meals. You can now eat multiple times from items like egg pies, specialty breads, and overstuffed potatoes that carry very large food values. This also allows VFP to let those foods carry their full food value based on their ingredients so a player does not lose anything by making these more complex recipes. The food values shown by mods like AppleSkin and TheOneProbe reflect the approximate food value PER USE of the underlying item (tooltip also includes approximation of the number of uses based on that average value). Note that existing items will not convert to multi-use, only newly crafted items will. And now the DOWNSIDE: in order the eat such foods, you need to unstack a single item. This ensures as that as an item's remaining food is adjusted the value is not applied to your entire stack of unused food!
TheSpiceOfLife players: if you're using the SoL mod with diminishing returns, each use of the multi-use food still counts towards your totals for the food or the food's group!
CHG: Bat poop's brewing modifier gives same effect as dragon's breath (lingering potions) because I imagine real bat poop odors do linger...
CHG: Recipe for polar bear stew uses sauteed alliums and mushrooms instead of a single mushroom when SuperBlock mod's packed mushrooms are not present. (Yes, this is the last time this recipe changes!)
CHG: Gelo crafted with a bit o' water instead of a bottle of water.

NEW: To ensure you can make veggie nuggets with only vanilla food, Edible Cactus (grilled pad and steamed heart).
ENH: Updated to work with corn cobs and kernels from SimpleCorn mod. If 'foodCorn' is present you can create cornmeal for use in recipes like acorn stew and such (applies to other mods like Harvestcraft and RealWorld as well).
