Fixes Chunk Loaders

Added some new 1.18.1 specific recipes. You can also now use Amethyst in the chunk loader.

Added new config options to the config file.

Added Chinese translations and some Create compatibility recipes thanks to WedRelagerid.

Added Italian translations thanks to SimGitHub5.

Ported to 1.18.1! 

Note: Piston Pushcarts' max rise height has been nerfed temporarily for technical reasons.
