Fixed a few minor issues with block models.

This contains a few recipe fixes, for example for some reason basic smelting recipes were added with the vanilla blast furnace, this has been fixed and it is now possible to actually progress in the mod without hunting down a village for iron ingots.

This patch also changes some mechanics of ore processing, for example, crystals can no longer be smelted directly into ingots unless you use an arc or blast furnace, however crushing crystals into dust first will allow the traditional method of dust to ingot smelting.

This marks the first true release as IG is now fully survival playable, thanks to all the Discord Testers for making this possible.

Fixed an issue with the Rotary Kiln outputting unlimited items and never consuming inputs.
