• Updated configs with new options

• disable block type groups, with some individual selections

• Added compatibility with Quark.  If detected blocks that are duplicated in both mods will not be loaded.

• config option to ignore Quark and add the blocks anyway.  ( If you have them disabled from Quark instead)
