Updated mod to Minecraft version 1.20.4

• Updated backend code.

• Ore blocks placed by players will now not be broadcasted when mined.

• Added another config file where a specific colour can be specified for each ore block.

• Blocks already counted in addOreCountToMessage will not trigger a broadcast.

Added :

• the 'addOreCountToMessage' config option

• disabled by default

•  which adds the vein ore count to the broadcasted message.

Initial release of Ore Discovery Broadcast.
