hazelnut trunks don't go into leaves any more
maybe rearrange creative tab to put new equipment at top as well (tap, keg, jar)
snowflake icon in chiller never turns blue (like fire icon in oven/meltingpot)
make bowl icon disappear when you add bar mold etc, like it does in the oven (same with jei screen)

Added Chiller - Takes a fluid, a container, and up to 4 items and outputs 1 item. Runs on ice and snow. Added Melter - Takes a single item and outputs a fluid. Requires a heat source below it. Added Jar - A portable fluid container. Holds 1000mb. Can be placed and picked up without losing its contents.
